Every practice is different, and your website should reflect your team, your patients and the way you work.

Our Offer

Digital First GP websites are built using a research-based structure that helps patients find information quickly and complete common tasks with ease. During the setup process, we’ll work closely with you to personalise every aspect of your website. We’ll proactively guide you through the content, structure and features available, helping you create a site that represents your practice while making the most of everything the platform has to offer.

We also know that every practice has different capacity to manage its website. That’s why we offer a choice of support packages, giving you the flexibility to manage the site yourself or ask us to look after some or all of the ongoing content management.

Website setup

A fully bespoke practice website costs £1,300 + VAT.

This includes everything needed to launch your new website, including:

  • Full website customisation to reflect your practice
  • Practice policies, documents and downloadable resources added to the site
  • Patient contact forms built to meet your requirements
  • Digital services integrated throughout the website
  • Bespoke staff profiles
  • A comprehensive health resources library with locally relevant information, including videos and easy-read resources
  • A full content review before launch
  • Live online staff training
  • Access to our support guides and documentation
  • Complete technical implementation, including domain migration, SSL security certificate and Google search indexing

Ongoing support

All websites include secure UK hosting, with three levels of ongoing support available depending on how involved you’d like us to be.

Hosting

£40 per month (+ VAT) paid annually.

We’ll keep your website secure, reliable and online, while your practice manages its own content and users.

Maintenance

£80 per month (+ VAT) paid annually.

We’ll provide secure hosting and maintain your key practice information for you, as well as supporting you with content updates when needed.

Management

£100 per month (+ VAT) paid annually.

Our fully managed service includes secure hosting, technical support and proactive website management. We’ll work with you to keep important patient information accurate, timely and easy to find, helping ensure your website continues to meet patients’ needs.

Campaign Packs

Campaign packs make it simple to run seasonal or targeted campaigns without adding extra work for your team.

We can create bespoke packs tailored to your practice or PCN, including:

  • New information hubs or page creation
  • Integrated news stories, resources, and alerts
  • Optional social media content

Campaigns could cover areas such as flu and other vaccination drives, promoting the NHS App, updates for new clinical or triage systems, practice mergers, or preparation for CQC inspections.

Pricing is based on your specific requirements, with Management Plan subscribers receiving a 20% discount.
